In early April, at Dr. Yulia Chebotareva’s Estelab clinic – housed within a historic estate on Bolshoy Levshinsky Lane – art expert Alex Lesnikov presented an exclusive preview of two remarkable lots by Salvador Dalí (1904–1989) and Erté (1892–1990). The evening, titled «The Aesthetics of Salvador Dalí», commenced with a lecture by Lesnikov, whose incisive wit and engaging dialogue with guests illuminated the essence of the work on display. The preview culminated in the unveiling of an Art Deco masterpiece: the letter «B» rendered as a female form entwined with a serpent – an ancient symbol of medicine representing immortality and renewal – by the legendary Erté (Roman Petrovich Tyrtov). Erté, who maintained peak creative form throughout his 97-year life, proved an inspired choice for an evening hosted by Estelab, a clinic dedicated to the pursuit of youth and longevity. Most recently, FASON interior design atelier on 2nd Chernogryazskaya Street played host to an intimate gathering of participants in the forthcoming spring art auction. The event featured exceptional lots by French artists Pierre Thériault and Raymond Moretti, presented alongside an eclectic array of museum-grade merchandise that Lesnikov had curated for the occasion. Highlights included a chess set by American artist Keith Haring, playing cards featuring original Salvador Dalí lithographs, and a memory game by Banksy, the reverse of which traces the elusive street artist’s most iconic works from their premieres to the present day. FASON atelier showcases premium bespoke kitchens and cabinetry, manufactured at the firm’s two dedicated factories in the Republic of Belarus.
